Communication Committee

 

Committee Charge

Responsible for communications to the residents, except for official Board communications. For example, general information announcements, publishing of periodic newsletters, and contact with new neighborhood residents.  The committee will meet “as needed”.

 

Committee Responsibilities

• Facilitate communications for Tesoro groups including the board and committees
• Identify and develop technologies to support the communication process (e.g., email, website, portals, etc.)
• Maintain a listing of contractors/vendors homeowners could share with one another for owner projects
• Develop orientation packet for new residents.  Work with the Social Committee to create a standard welcome letter and new resident information packet.
• Develop and maintain a new resident list for Meet and Greet meetings presented by the Social Committee.
