Committee Charge

The purpose of this committee is to work with management to review the current financial status of the association and the reserve study, recommend an association budget for the following year, and advise the board of directors on the investment of the association’s funds.  The committee will meet “as needed”.

 

Committee Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly oversight of the financial statements to ensure accuracy. Analyze results, provide on-going updates to the board, and make recommendations as appropriate.
  • Develop a draft of the annual budget and submit to the board for review and approval by October of each year.
  • Update the Reserve Study every three years per the Tesoro CC&R’s and present to the board for approval.
  • Assist the board in contract review and negotiations as appropriate.
